‼️Each adult has to register separately, even if living together. However, parents may register on behalf of their children under 18.‼️

📝Please answer these following questions📝

1. Are you currently experiencing any of these symptoms?
Fever and/or Chills • Cough (new or worsening) • Barking cough • Shortness of breath • Sore throat • Difficulty swallowing • Runny or stuffy/congested nose (not related to seasonal allergies) • Decrease or loss of taste or smell • Pink eye • Headaches (new or unexplained) • Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or stomach pain • Muscle aches/joint pain (not related to COVID-19 vaccine in the last 48 hours) • Extreme tiredness • Falling down often (for older people)

2. Is anyone you live with currently experiencing any new COVID-19 symptoms and/or waiting for test results after experiencing symptoms?
If you are fully vaccinated (it has been 14 or more days since your final dose of either a two-dose or a one-dose vaccine series), the answer is “No.”

3. In the last 14 days, have you travelled outside of Canada and been told to quarantine (per the federal quarantine requirements)?

4. In the last 14 days, have you been identified as a “close contact” of someone who currently has COVID-19?
If public health has advised you that you do not need to self-isolate (for example, you are fully vaccinated or for another reason), the answer is “No.”

5. Has a doctor, health care provider, or public health unit told you that you should currently be isolating (staying at home)?

6. In the last 10 days, have you tested positive on a rapid antigen test or home-based self-testing kit?
If you have since tested negative on a lab-based PCR test, the answer is "No."

7. In the last 14 days, have you received a COVID Alert exposure notification on your cell phone?

If you are fully vaccinated (it has been 14 or more days since your final dose of either a two-dose or a one-dose vaccine series), the answer is “No.”

Do you agree that you and all members of your household (people living in same housing unit) answer NO to all of these questions?

If you or any member of your household (people living in same housing unit) answer YES to any of these questions, please stay at home. You can still watch the services at YouTube Channel, or livestreamed services at KCAC Live.


1. All guests (age 2+) are required to wear a mask 😷 or face covering all times.
2. Sanitize 🚿your hands upon arrival, using the provided sanitizer🧴.
3. Keep 6ft / 2m 🚧 distance with others🙋‍♀️🙋🙋‍♂️ outside of your immediate family👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.
4. Do not🚫 wear medical gloves🧤 into the church.
5. Casual conversations🗣 before and after the service are not encouraged.
6. Gathering in groups🤼 in the parking lot is not permitted.


1. Please enter through the southeast (parking lot🅿️) door.
2. Check-in and screening questions📝 will be asked in the foyer.
3. The gatekeeper(s) will provide instructions📣 and guidance for seating🪑 in the sanctuary.
4. Please follow the signage⬆️ and posted guides.
5. Washrooms🚻 are available in the basement, but we suggest using them only when necessary.
6. Please exit🚪 through the northeast (Brock Street) door.


1. Nursery🍼 and children's👶 programs are currently not available. Children are welcome to attend service⛪️ in the sanctuary with their parents.
2. Singing🎵 from the congregation is currently not permitted🚫, but you may hum🤫.
3. Please bring and use your own Bibles📖 or use Electronic Version🌎.
4. Please continue to give by etransfer💸.
